Painting Artist

Graduated from Musashino Art University in 2016. Graduated from Pratt Institute master’s course in 2021. She is known for her works where she paints realistically on bodies and objects and has been a topic of conversation both domestically and internationally. In addition to numerous media appearances, including “Waratteiitomo” 笑っていいとも, she has collaborated with companies such as Samsung, Amnesty International, and Shiseido, and is active in a wide range of areas, including solo exhibitions at home and abroad, illustration production, clothing design, art direction, and program planning. Her recently published painted picture book “Janai!” じゃない has won the Hibakarasu Prize and the Sakura Medal Award, and has also been selected for the Ryokuin Library. His publications include four picture books, a collection of works, illustrated magazines, comics, and essays.
